Vaquita

You need to know about Vaquita! They are the world's rarest animal. There are only 9 individuals left, and the adults are only about 4-5ft long! They are found in the northern part of the Sea of Cortez (Gulf of California). Their populations have been decimated due to fishing with gill nets. They are on track to be extinct within the decade. It's horrible, but that is the reality around unregulated fishing - whether it's due to improper equipment being used, or too much being harvested too often. 
Please make sure you are educating yourselves on where and how the fish you eat are being caught.
